Objectives


  • To develop self defense skills and improve their positive outlook.

  • To increase their flexibility and to improve their self-esteem and confidence.

  • To develop balance, coordination and timing which in turn will help them in all other sports and activities.

  • To increase their motor skills, teach them to defend themselves and show them how to handle bullies.
