RRC is a voluntary on-campus intervention aimed at creating awareness about the high risk perception and preventing HIV as well as promoting voluntary blood donation among the students. HIV is currently spreading in the world at the rate of one new infection in every fifty seconds. The HIV/AIDS is not confined to any one class, community, religion, age group, sex or profession.
